We will first check that it’s actually a pump problem, often the pump is ok and it may be another problem, we could even remedy the problem there and then! Otherwise we will take the pump away and diagnose the problem.

We will strip the pump down and send you a quote for you approval.

We Charge $110 for this service

2. Need a new Pump

You may just know the pump is very old or you just want it replaced.

We have access to all the manufacturers and can give you a price to supply and install.

We only sell products that we know work and that the manufacturers will uphold warranty claims.

3. Drop your pump off

If you are pretty sure that your pump needs a repair and you are happy to remove your pump and drop it off at our workshop in Clarkson, we can strip down your pump and assess it in the workshop. Please note our office is often unmanned, as we are out on site , however there is a safe place to leave your pump. We will charge $49.50 to strip the pump back and send you a quote.

If you go ahead with the repair or a new pump this fee will be refunded. Please attach a picture.
